NOC Freestyle Shootout
This weekend was the 1st annual Nantahala Outdoor Center/Dagger Freestyle Shootout held at the new NOC store wave.

The wave was a bit touchy, and local boy and Team Pyranha paddler Tommy Yon showed that knowing the spot was helpful, finishing 2nd in the Pro class with a flurry of loops, airwheels, and cartwheels, while I took 6th in the Pro Class. Tommy and I both doubled up and competed in C-1 as well, and took first and second, respectively.
